  • Main Warehouse: Shenzhen, China
    Most orders are fulfilled here and shipped directly worldwide.

  • U.S. Warehouse (when stock is available)
    If your item is in our Amazon-managed U.S. warehouse, we will ship domestically for faster delivery.

We offer two delivery options:

  • Best value for most customers

2. Air Shipping (Paid Upgrade)

  • Faster delivery

  • Additional shipping fee required

Our historical delivery timeframe is:

Lost Package Policy

We want every order delivered safely. To reduce delivery issues:

✔ Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers increase the chance of delivery problems.

If your package appears lost:

  1. We will immediately contact the logistics provider to investigate.

  2. If the carrier does not cover the loss, we will work with you directly to find a fair solution—whether that’s a replacement or another resolution.
