1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with functional issues.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product remains in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

To protect product integrity and ensure fairness, we cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been modified, disassembled, or altered without authorization.

  • Damage was caused by accidental drops, impacts, or intentional misuse.

  • The item shows signs of improper operation, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

  • The return request is made after the warranty or return window has expired.


3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued within 48 hours to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • Customers must send the item back first.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship out the replacement immediately.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective due to our responsibility, we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (wrong purchase, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
